- Sunday: 11 AM – 7 PM
- Monday – Wednesday: 10 AM – 8 PM
- Thursday – Saturday: 10 AM – 9 PM
We are closed in observance of the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day
Ordering & Payment
What payment do you accept?
Cash, PIN debit, and ACH transfers.
Can I order ahead for pickup?
Yes. Skip the line by ordering online and prepaying with Stronghold (a bank account and routing number are required).
- Pickup starts at 10 AM daily
- $50 minimum order
- $3.75 fee for electronic transactions
- Stronghold ACH transactions take up to 3 days to process
- Unclaimed orders get canceled and refunded after 7 days
Do you deliver?
We deliver to select ZIP codes, with more areas coming soon.
- $60 minimum order
- Concentrates and cannabis drinks are unavailable for delivery
Can someone else get my delivery?
Yes, but they must be 21+ with a valid, government-issued ID that matches the name provided at checkout.
Want your doorman to grab it? Add their name in the order notes. They’ll need to show an ID that matches when our driver arrives.
Do you have discreet packaging?
Absolutely. Request it in your order notes, and we’ll use a plain white bag instead of branded packaging.
Returns & Inventory
What's your return policy?
We take returns and exchanges within 14 days for unopened or defective products. Bring your receipt.
Do you have deals or promotions?
We run occasional promotions and sales. Sign up for our email list to stay updated. (NYS regulations don’t allow loyalty programs at cannabis stores.)
How do I check if an item is in stock?
Our website updates inventory in real-time. We get shipments throughout the week, but we can’t guarantee specific restocks unless we announce it via email or social media.

Purchase Limits
How much can I buy per visit?
New York State limits individual purchases to:
- 3 ounces of cannabis
- 24 grams of concentrate

What are the different ways to consume cannabis?
- Smoking/Vaping: Quick effects through inhalation

- Cannabinoids: The active compounds in cannabis – there are hundreds of them, but THC (gets you high) and CBD (potential therapeutic benefits) are the most well-known
How much should I take?
