What to Expect
ID Check: You must be 21+ with a valid government-issued photo ID. No exceptions.
Payment Options: We accept ACH transfer. No cash or credit payment is accepted. All orders must be paid for in advance via ACH transfer.
Receiving Your Order: You (or your approved recipient) must meet the driver in person to collect your order. New York law requires a face-to-face handoff.

- $50 minimum order
- $3.75 fee for electronic transactions
- Must be 21+ with a valid government-issued ID
- Stronghold payments may take up to 3 days to post
- You’ll get real-time updates—come in when your order is marked “ready”
- Orders not picked up within 7 days will be canceled and refunded

We take cash, PIN debit, and ACH transfer. Credit cards work too, but only for Members.

What If My Product Is Defective?
Bring it back within 14 days with your receipt. If it’s unopened or defective, we’ll exchange it or give you your money back.
What Products Can I Order for Delivery?
We’ve got flower, pre-rolls, edibles, tinctures, and vapes for delivery. Drinks and concentrates? Not available for delivery.
Are There Any Purchase Limits?
New York State caps you at 3 ounces of cannabis and 24 grams of concentrate per transaction.
Can tourists use cannabis delivery in NYC?
If you’re 21+ with a valid government-issued ID, we can deliver to your hotel, Airbnb, or wherever you’re staying in our delivery zone.
How do I know if delivery is available where I live?
If we deliver to your address, you’ll see the delivery option when you order online.
Is delivery discreet?
